Grove Aircraft Landing Gear Systems Inc. (Grove) wheel and brake articles are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect, or the replacement of any such defective article at the discretion of Grove.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any article(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s). Finishes are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty since they are subject to environmental and maintenance damages beyond our control. Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products. We make no warranty, expressed or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Because Grove has no control over the application or installation of its products, the purchaser by placing an order and accepting products from Grove, agrees that all materials purchased will be used solely at purchaser’s risk and that purchaser will indemnify and hold Grove, it’s owners and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reasons of any alleged failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by Grove. It is the responsibility of the aircraft owner/operator to determine the suitability and proper installation of any Grove products.
